Form Elements

Use Form elements to capture leads on Atomicat pages, validate fields, and send submissions into Atomicat leads plus connected integrations where your workspace supports them.

How It Works In Atomicat

The 3.0 Form drawer is feature-rich. It manages a form name, reorderable fields, field type, label, placeholder, default value, required state, visibility, label visibility, URL field behavior, phone validation, country picker settings, reCAPTCHA settings, success actions, and autoresponder/CRM or Google Sheets connections. Field types come from the builder field list, and phone fields can expose country picker controls such as auto-detect, default country, allowed countries, and preferred countries.

When To Use It

  • Capture name, email, phone, custom answers, and qualification data.
  • Send leads into CRM, autoresponder, Google Sheets, webhook, or Atomicat lead flows when configured.
  • Create short lead forms near CTAs or longer qualification forms for high-ticket campaigns.
  • Collect contact data after quiz, product, or offer sections.

Configure The Element

  • Name the form so leads are easier to identify later.
  • Add only the fields needed for follow-up; every extra field can reduce completion.
  • Set field labels, placeholders, defaults, required state, and visibility.
  • For phone fields, enable validation and country picker settings when international traffic matters.
  • Configure success action and integrations after the field list is final.

Testing Notes

  • Submit the form on preview and on the published page using realistic test data.
  • Check required-field errors, phone validation, and reCAPTCHA behavior.
  • Confirm the lead appears in Atomicat and in each connected destination.

Limitations And Tips

  • External CRMs can reject submissions even when Atomicat receives the lead.
  • Do not collect sensitive information unless you have a clear storage and compliance process.
  • If multiple forms exist on one page, name them clearly for reporting.

FAQ

Which field settings matter most?

Type, label, placeholder, required state, validation, and integration mapping are the fields most likely to affect submissions.

Can phone fields show country options?

Yes. The drawer includes phone validation and country picker settings for tel fields.

Why is my CRM missing a lead?

The page form may have submitted successfully while the external integration rejected or ignored the data. Check integration settings and logs.
