Use this playbook when your campaign needs form or quiz leads to appear in Atomicat and reach another tool.

Checklist​

  1. Add a form or quiz lead capture step.
  2. Mark only truly required fields as required.
  3. Publish the page or quiz.
  4. Submit a realistic test lead.
  5. Confirm the lead appears in Atomicat.
  6. Connect Google Sheets or a webhook if needed.
  7. Submit another test lead after connecting the destination.
  8. Confirm the external destination received the lead.
  9. Export leads as a backup before major campaign changes.

Always test the full path after changing fields, integrations, or destination settings. A form can capture correctly while the external destination still rejects the lead.

Where should I check a test lead first?

Check Atomicat Leads first. After the lead appears there, verify any connected destination such as Google Sheets, webhook, CRM, or automation tool.

Should I make every field required?

No. Mark only fields that are truly needed for follow-up or segmentation. Too many required fields can reduce conversions and make testing harder.

Why can Atomicat receive a lead while the external tool does not?

The form can save successfully in Atomicat even if an external destination rejects the payload, has missing permissions, or uses a webhook URL that is unavailable.

When should I export leads?

Export leads before major campaign changes, before deleting or replacing forms, and whenever you need a backup outside Atomicat.
