Subscription & Billing
Accessing Billing
- Click your profile (top-right corner).
- Select Subscription or Billing.
Managing Your Plan
From the subscription page you can:
- View your current plan and its included features
- Upgrade to a higher plan
- Downgrade your plan (takes effect at next billing cycle)
- Cancel your subscription
Payment Methods
Adding a Card
- Go to Subscription → Payment Methods.
- Click Add Card.
- Enter your card details.
- Click Add.
The new card becomes available for future billing.
Setting the Default Card
- Find the card you want to set as default.
- Click Use This Card.
The selected card is used for all future charges.
Removing a Card
- Find the card in the list.
- Click Remove.
Keep at least one card on file
If you have an active subscription, removing all cards may cause billing failures and service interruption.
Billing History
Your invoices and payment history are available under Billing History. Each record shows:
- Date
- Amount
- Plan
- Status (Paid / Failed / Pending)
- Download invoice link
Subscription Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is current, all features available |
| Past Due | Payment failed — update your card to restore access |
| Cancelled | Subscription cancelled — access until end of billing period |
| Trial | Active trial period — full access until trial expires |
Cash Payment Option
Some plans offer a discounted cash (one-time) payment option instead of monthly billing. If available for your plan, it appears as "Or [price] in cash" on the billing page.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to a free/limited tier.
