Lead Management

Leads are visitors who submitted a form or completed a quiz step in Atomicat. All captured leads are stored in the Leads section where you can view, filter, and export them.


Accessing Leads

  1. Click Leads in the left navigation.
  2. Use the filter bar to narrow by:
    • Site — filter by specific website
    • Page / Quiz — filter by the source page
    • Status — Submitted, Abandoned, Completed, Contactable, Non-Contactable
    • Date range

Lead Statuses

StatusMeaning
SubmittedVisitor completed and submitted the form
AbandonedVisitor started but did not finish
CompletedVisitor reached the last quiz step
ContactableLead has valid contact info (email/phone)
Non-ContactableLead has no usable contact info

Lead Data Captured

For each lead, Atomicat stores:

Viewing a Lead's Details

Click any lead row to expand its full details:

  • Contact information
  • All form field responses
  • Quiz answers by step
  • Submission timestamp and device info
  • Actions log (e.g., webhook attempts)

Editing a Lead

You can update a lead's contact fields directly from the lead detail view:

  1. Click the lead row to expand it.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the fields.
  4. Click Save.

Exporting Leads

Export Filtered Leads

  1. Apply the filters you want (site, page, date, status).
  2. Click Export Filtered to CSV.
  3. A CSV file downloads immediately.

Export All Leads

  1. Click Export All to CSV.
  2. All leads (unfiltered) download as a CSV file.

Scheduled Exports

You can also access previously generated exports under My Exports. Each export record shows:

  • Date generated
  • Number of leads
  • Status
  • Download link (expires after a set period)

Lead Sources

Atomicat captures leads from:

  • Standard pages — forms built in the Page Builder
  • Quiz pages — lead capture steps in the Quiz Builder
  • Embedded forms — forms published via the domain
