Checkout

Use Checkout to complete a new subscription, upgrade, AtomicPlayer plan, add-on, or eligible plan change. Depending on your country, plan, and product, Atomicat can open a hosted checkout page such as AtomicPay, Hotmart, or an AtomicPlayer checkout session.

Because checkout can open in a new browser tab, keep Atomicat open until the payment provider confirms the result.

Payment methods​

Checkout can support:

  • Card payment: Enter card number, cardholder name, expiration, security code, billing address, and installment details when the provider asks for them.
  • Pix: Generate Pix instructions, QR code, or copy-and-paste code when available for your region and plan.
  • Hosted provider checkout: Complete the payment on AtomicPay, Hotmart, or the hosted session opened from Atomicat.

Available payment methods can depend on country, plan, and product.

Start checkout from Atomicat​

  1. Open the subscription or plan area.
  2. Choose the product family, such as Atomicat or AtomicPlayer.
  3. Select the plan and billing period shown in the plan card.
  4. Click the checkout or subscribe action.
  5. Complete payment in the opened checkout tab.
  6. Return to Atomicat after payment confirmation.

Atomicat can append campaign tracking and account details, such as UTM values, name, email, and phone, to supported checkout URLs so the hosted checkout can prefill or attribute the purchase.

Billing details​

Atomicat may ask for:

  • Email address.
  • Name and phone.
  • Billing address.
  • Postal code.
  • City and state.
  • Tax document information where required.
  • Payment method details.

Fill these fields carefully. Invalid address, tax, or card information can block checkout.

Card checkout​

Before submitting, confirm:

  • Card number is complete.
  • Expiration date is valid.
  • Security code is correct.
  • Billing address matches the payment method when required.
  • Email address is correct.
  • Installment count, plan, and billing period are correct.

If card payment fails, try another card or contact your bank.

Pix checkout​

When Pix is available, Atomicat can generate payment instructions with a QR code and copy-and-paste payment code. Pix payments can expire, so complete payment before the timer ends.

After paying, wait for confirmation. Do not generate multiple Pix charges for the same purchase unless the previous one expired or support asks you to retry.

After successful payment​

Atomicat or the hosted provider confirms successful payment and returns you to the subscription or plan area. If access does not update right away:

  1. Refresh Atomicat.
  2. Sign out and back in.
  3. Check the subscription area again.
  4. Wait a few minutes for billing sync.
  5. Contact support with the payment email, plan, provider, and receipt if access still does not change.

Troubleshooting​

  • If checkout does not open, allow pop-ups for Atomicat and try again.
  • If the wrong country-specific checkout opens, check your account country and billing details.
  • If card payment fails, verify bank approval, address, card limits, and 3D Secure or bank-app prompts.
  • If Pix expires, return to the plan area and generate a new payment.
  • If you paid through a hosted provider, keep the receipt or transaction ID for support.

Why does checkout ask for tax information?

Some payment methods and regions require tax or billing identity details to process the subscription.

What should I do if payment succeeds but access is not active?

Refresh Atomicat, sign out and back in, then contact support if the plan still does not update after a short delay.

Why did checkout open another website?

Some plans use hosted checkout providers such as AtomicPay or Hotmart. Complete the payment there, then return to Atomicat to confirm subscription access.

Can I pay with Pix outside Brazil?

Pix availability depends on region, plan, and provider. If Pix is not offered on the checkout page, use one of the payment methods shown there.
