Analytics overview
Atomicat analytics helps you understand what visitors do after they reach your pages, funnels, quizzes, videos, and lead forms. The product does not keep all reporting in one screen: page, funnel, lead, quiz, video, and AtomicMCP/MIA views each answer a different question.
Use analytics to answer questions such as:
- Which pages are getting traffic and clicks?
- Which funnel step loses the most visitors?
- Which quiz path captures better leads?
- Which AtomicPlayer videos drive engagement?
- Which form or quiz submissions arrived during a date range?
- Which campaign or source deserves more budget?
Where analytics appears
| Area | Best for |
|---|---|
| Funnel analytics | Step metrics, visitors, conversion, bounce, opt-in submissions, quiz submissions, CSV export, and reset actions. See Funnel analytics. |
| Lead reports | Form leads, quiz leads, exports, submission details, webhook logs, and resend checks. See Leads overview. |
| AtomicPlayer metrics | Video plays, impressions, engagement, and watch behavior from the video settings area. |
| Page and pixel settings | Meta pixel, Utmify, ClickGenius, custom scripts, and page-level tracking setup. See Pixels and tracking and How to add pixels to a page. |
| AtomicMCP | AI-client access to Atomicat data when the MCP connector is configured. |
| MIA and dashboards | Natural-language summaries, prompts, and optimization ideas where enabled. |
Pick the right report
Start with the question, then open the matching report:
- To find a broken journey, open the funnel and compare step-to-step drop-off.
- To confirm leads, open Leads and check the form or quiz list instead of relying only on ad-platform conversions.
- To debug a video issue, open the AtomicPlayer asset and check its settings and metrics together.
- To troubleshoot attribution, review page tracking settings and the ad platform's event tester.
- To ask cross-product questions, connect AtomicMCP and use the available analytics prompts.
Before trusting data
Analytics is only useful when the setup is clean. Before sending traffic:
- Publish the final page.
- Test the visitor journey on the live page.
- Submit a test lead if forms or quizzes are involved.
- Confirm pixels and tracking are configured once, not duplicated in both pixel settings and custom code.
- Check that each funnel step points to the next intended step and that all funnel pages are published.
- Test videos on the final domain after authorizing the domain.
- Wait for data to process before making budget decisions.
Common mismatches
- Atomicat vs ad platform: Atomicat measures on-page behavior; Meta, Google, and other platforms apply their own attribution windows, consent rules, and filtering.
- Preview vs live page: Builder preview is useful for layout checks, but tracking should be verified on the live published URL.
- Form leads vs quiz leads: These can appear in different lead areas, so check the correct list before assuming data is missing.
- Funnel totals vs page totals: A funnel counts behavior inside the saved funnel path; a page can still receive traffic outside that funnel.
- Video play vs page view: A visitor can load the page without starting the video.
Troubleshooting quick checks
If analytics looks wrong, republish the page, retest in a private browser session, disable ad blockers, and confirm date filters. For funnels, reopen the funnel editor and verify that every card is connected in the intended order. For videos, save the video settings, refresh the embed or republish the page, and test on the authorized domain.

Frequently asked questions
Why do different reports show different numbers?
Different reports answer different questions. A page view, funnel step visit, lead submission, video play, and ad-platform conversion are not always counted the same way.
Should I use Atomicat analytics or my ad platform?
Use both. Atomicat shows on-platform behavior; ad platforms show attribution and campaign delivery from their own perspective.
Why are leads visible but conversions missing in ads?
The form or quiz may be working while the ad pixel is blocked, duplicated, delayed, or configured with a different event. Confirm the lead in Atomicat first, then test the pixel with the ad platform's diagnostics.
Can AtomicMCP answer analytics questions?
Yes, when the MCP connector is configured and authenticated. Use the AtomicMCP screen as the source of truth for the server URL and available tools.
